Refund Policy

📅 Cancellations

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: A $25 late cancellation fee may apply.

  • No-shows or locked-out appointments: Full service fee may be charged.

💳 Refunds

We strive to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with our service. However, due to the nature of our work, we do not offer full refunds once a service has been completed.

If you're not satisfied:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We may offer a re-clean or partial refund based on the situation.

  • Re-cleaning must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service.

❗ Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Excessive cancellation history

  • Unsafe or unsanitary work conditions

  • Misuse or false claims of dissatisfaction
