2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Late payments may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

4. Client Responsibilities

Please ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
Bloom & Polished LLC is not responsible for pets, valuables left unattended, or clutter preventing access to areas being cleaned.
Any special cleaning requests should be communicated before the appointment.

5. Damages & Liability

We treat every home with care, but in the rare event of damage, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, wear-and-tear, or unreported damages.
